Ember & Crown Advisory, LLC (“Ember & Crown”, “we”, “us”) operates emberandcrown.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, call or text us, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company name, the message itself and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number. When you call or text our business line, we collect your phone number, the time of the call or message, and, for calls, a recording and transcript so we can follow up accurately. Our website also collects standard analytics data, such as pages visited and the browser used, through Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold discovery calls, and deliver the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our contact form, or if you text our business line, Ember & Crown Advisory may send you text messages about your inquiry and scheduling. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our website, phone line and messaging (including Twilio for calls and texts and Columa for our website assistant). They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or as needed to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address on our contact page. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
